STYLE & PATTERNS TERMS OF SERVICE

We know it’s tempting to skip these Terms of Service, but it’s important to establish what you can expect from us as you use Style & Patterns services, and what we expect from you.

Style & Patterns may not be responsible for loss arising from undocumented clothes.

Style & Patterns would claim responsibility only for clothes and garments officially documented and received for drycleaning in our facility.

On due Collection Date, customer shall be required to provide his or her receipt to pick up His/her clothes from our office.

In the event of loss of Receipt, customers shall identify themselves by their Tag Number.
This Tag Number requires that each customer shall supply us a few Contact Details which are:

a. Phone Number

b. Email Address

c. Passport Photo.

We shall assign a unique number to each customer based on these details. And our interactions shall be very simplified through this eternal Tag Number system.
This means that the customer owns his/her number forever, in the course of transacting with Style & Patterns.

The Management of Style & Patterns shall not be responsible for any Color-Run or any other damages resulting from weak fibres or inferior materials.

As an addendum to this, customer is required to notify Style & Patterns of these colour-runs if the customer is aware of this deficiency.

The rationale behind this is to keep us informed, so that we can do a deliberate separation, and avoid preventable damages.

In the circumstance that it was us who discovered this, we will make a return call to inform the customer, so that there won’t be further disagreements and misunderstandings stemming from zero understanding of the true state of events.

Even in the extreme case of a loss of your Receipt, it is without question, that your Clothes are still your right.

Style & Patterns has no legitimate Right to withold your clothes from you.

All that Style & Patterns requires, is that you should not forget your Tag Number.

In the situation that you are very busy, and you send relatives, friends and family members to do the Pick up for you, there is need that you furnish Style & Patterns with their information.

It will also be necessary that you pre-inform us by Phone Call, Whatsapp, Email, or any instant communication channels that Style & Patterns has made available.

Third Party Pick up

In the unlikely cases of mistaken damage to customer item, Style & Patterns is willing to reach a reasonable compromise on resolving this unexpected situation.

The retaining period for unpicked up clothes with Style & Patterns is 3 months.

Style & Patterns will do everything needed to reach you to pick up your clothes.

And if the customer refuses to comply and oblige to pick up their clothes, Style & Patterns indemnity swings into effect for a one-month grace into the fourth month.

At the expiration of the 4 months, Style & Patterns shall submit these clothes to charitable causes–in a bid to assist humanity to improve the human condition for the disadvantaged of society.

Customers should Please and kindly check their pockets thoroughly for every possible valuable item–Money, Wallet, Business Cards, Passports and any other essential documents.

We would not be responsible for any damage or loss of these items listed and unlisted.

It is a strong plea that we make, that Customers should Please and kindly check their pockets thoroughly for any valuable thing–because inasmuch as we would do due diligence to check for valuables before we construe items to the purifying waters, it is to the Safety of us all that the process should start first with the customer to avoid preventable conflicts and disagreements.

ABOUT THIS POLICY

When this Policy Applies

This Terms of Service Policy applies to all of the services offered by Style & Patterns and its affiliates, including Style Shop , Leather Treks and services offered on third-party sites, such as advertising services.

This Terms of Service Policy doesn’t apply to services that have separate Terms of Service Policies that do not incorporate this Terms of Service Policy.

This Terms of Service Policy doesn’t apply to:

The information practices of other companies and organizations that advertise our services.

 Services offered by other companies or individuals, including products or sites that may include Style & Patterns services, be displayed to you in search results, or be linked from our services.

 

Changes to this Policy

We change this Terms of Service Policy from time to time. We will not reduce your rights under this Terms of Service Policy without your explicit consent.

If changes are significant, we’ll provide a more prominent notice (including, for certain services, email notification of Terms of Service Policy changes).
